We are a residential & commercial building permit service serving all of Florida. We prepare, submit, pick-up, & deliver all types of building permits, manage expired permits, code violations, and any other service pertaining to building departments. We record legal documents to the court house such as Notice of Commencements, Release of Liens, etc. We welcome contractors as it can save them time and money ( such as re-inspection fees ). All this can be done for a reasonable fee depending on the location & project.

This App has Push Notification enabled which allows you to view App messages sent directly from the business straight to your lock screen; Push Notification feature must be enabled for this to work. App contains Integrated Facebook/Twitter feeds.

App contains a Geo-Fencing feature which requires location from the App for it to work.

iBeacons are enabled for this app because in the future we plan to use in-store iBeacons to "stamp" the digital loyalty card within the app.
